post-build pre-link step commands how to ignore // rem in c++
Add a REM to the beginning of the command e.g.
REM "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Platform SDK\Bin\mt.exe" -manifest "PDFContentSplitSA.exe.manifest" -outputresource:"Release/PDFContentSplitSA.exe";#1
